Australia Zoo Vs. South Africa Safari? Has she gone mad, I hear you cry? Of course, life is not as ordered and clean as that! It gives us wonderful options and then asks, where is your money?
I have to say I am going to sit firmly on the fence on this one! I think there is room for both mediums. Australia Zoo offers a fantastic chance not only to see the vast array of animals, birds and reptiles that inhabit our world, but also carries out massive conservation projects that help the endangered species.
South Africa safaris is our way of being able to get up close and personal with the wild creatures that exist alongside us. We are able to take photos and videos to bring home and proudly say we have been “that” close to a lion, elephant or cheetah and STILL stay in 5+star luxury in the bush! A unique thrill that I wouldn’t deny anyone! It has to be experienced once in a lifetime.
Both options help conserve our wonderful wildlife and bring an extra dimension to our lives. The more the merrier, I say! What do you think? Let me know by adding a comment below …
